Undersized, high-motor VCU forward who brings rebounding and toughness
Jarred Guest’s calling card at VCU was effort and production around the glass: in his senior season at Charis Prep, he averaged 16.8 points and 12.6 rebounds, and he arrived at VCU with a reputation as a relentless rebounder, physical defender, and blue-collar presence in the frontcourt. At 6-foot-7, he fit the Rams’ hard-nosed style by doing the dirty work, competing possession to possession, and giving coaches a dependable interior body rather than flash. If you need toughness, boards, and low-maintenance energy, he’s the kind of glue guy worth caring about.
