experienced Penn State cover man with proven ball skills
Trevor Williams was a polished Penn State cornerback known for playmaking instincts, physical run support, and a versatile background that began at wide receiver before he moved to defense. In his Penn State career, he posted 84 tackles and 5 interceptions, and he earned honorable mention All-Big Ten recognition in 2014 and 2015. His edge was feel and competitiveness more than flash: he read routes well, attacked the ball in the air, and played with an underrated toughness that NFL evaluators liked.
