Prairie View A&M's Veteran Safety Poised for Breakout Leadership in 2026
Adrien Grant, a battle-tested safety entering his third collegiate season at Prairie View A&M, stands out as one of the Panthers' most experienced returners, slated to compete for a starting role with his Michigan roots and high school pedigree as a top state talent and Second Team Big 9 honoree who excelled at corner, wide receiver, and track. His differentiator is positional versatility and football IQ, making him a reliable tackler and coverage specialist ideal for SWAC defenses needing intensity and smarts—perfect fit for teams seeking an undervalued FCS gem with NFL scout intrigue and zero off-field red flags.
