Jakobe Dill gives UTEP a seasoned guard look with perimeter scoring upside
Jakobe Dill is a **6-foot-2 guard** who has long been valued for his **3-point shooting** and overall scoring feel, and his background as a **TexasHoops.com top-40 player in the Class of 2018** points to real guard talent beyond raw box-score output.[6] In UTEP’s 2025-26 season, he saw action and scored **6 points** against Louisiana Tech, while his broader career profile shows modest but usable production, including **7.6 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 1.4 assists** per game, suggesting a player who can space the floor and provide experienced backcourt minutes rather than dominate usage.[1][3]
