Tulsa’s sharpshooting guard with all-around polish
Kara Pongonis-Paslay was a proven scoring-and-spacing guard for Tulsa, finishing her career as the program’s all-time three-point leader with 153 made threes, while also ranking among the school’s leaders in assists and free-throw percentage. In Tulsa’s 2005-06 season, she averaged 7.1 points, 2.0 rebounds, 2.2 assists, and 1.7 threes per game, and she even flashed playmaking upside with an 8-assist outing. She’s the kind of guard who fits teams that value toughness, shooting gravity, and high-IQ complement play over empty-stat flash.
