Florida's All-Time Scoring Legend (2000-2003)
Halton was Florida's all-time leading scorer with 2,860 points across 113 games (25.3 ppg), showcasing elite offensive prowess during his Gator tenure. As a senior in the 2002-03 season, he averaged a school-record 32.9 ppg with 11.1 rebounds, earning 4A Player of the Year honors. The 6-4 guard demonstrated scoring versatility and rebounding prowess unusual for his position. However, a degenerative right knee condition sidelined him for the entire 1999-2000 season, raising durability concerns. Despite going undrafted in 2003, Halton's prolific college output and high-volume scoring efficiency made him a dominant force in the SEC during his era.
