High-upside WSU WR with upside to become a depth-chart mover
Robert Franklin is a Washington State wide receiver commitment/roster name to track because his profile suggests a developmental pass-catcher with room to grow into a role if his route polish and consistency catch up to his upside; public recruiting data confirms his Cougars tie, but available results do not yet show enough college production to credibly judge current on-field output or rankings. For a team fit, he projects as a forward-looking add rather than an immediate stat-sheet star, so the key question is whether you value athletic upside, patience, and coachable growth over proven production.
