Ahmad Sweeney adds depth at receiver for Rice
Ahmad Sweeney is listed by Rice as a **backup wide receiver** whose job is to add depth to the Owls’ receiving corps, so his value is more about roster reliability and development than headline stats right now.[1] That makes him a fit for a team that wants a dependable, likely assignment-sound receiver who can grow into a larger role, rather than a proven production engine; public roster info does not show a major injury or off-field concern, but it also does not provide detailed performance metrics or rankings yet.[1]
