Jalin Edwards brings in-state pass-rush upside to North Alabama
A Huntsville native and Grissom product, Jalin Edwards arrived at North Alabama as a three-star edge defender who was the Alabama Class 7A sack leader in 2022 and 2023 and posted 10.5 sacks in 2023, which tells you exactly why coaches like the ceiling. He’s listed at 6-foot-2, 240 pounds, and the appeal is his burst, edge pressure, and disruptive motor more than gaudy college production so far. If you need a developmental DL with local pedigree and pass-rush juice, he’s a fun bet.
