Kiana Vierra brings veteran guard savvy and shot-making touch to UCSB
Kiana Vierra is a seasoned UC Santa Barbara guard whose calling card has been efficient, low-drama production and perimeter scoring; in her 2021-22 season, she averaged 3.0 points in 8.5 minutes while shooting 46.2% from the field, and earlier in her UCSB career she showed a capable scoring burst with a 10-point game and active defensive moments. She looks like the kind of player coaches trust for steadiness, spacing, and a gritty edge more than flashy box-score stuffing—useful if a roster needs maturity, toughness, and a reliable role fit.
