Aaron Middendorf brings efficient wing scoring and steady all-around production for UNI
In the 2025-26 season, Aaron Middendorf was a productive G/F for Northern Iowa, averaging 10.0 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 1.8 assists while shooting 48.5% from the field—nice efficiency for a perimeter player with size. His profile says “connector with pop”: he can score without hijacking the offense, rebound his area, and fit in multiple lineup types. What makes him attractive is the blend of low-drama consistency and two-way utility, the kind of gluey, older-wing value that helps good teams get cleaner possessions.
