UIW’s Katie Novak was a steady, shot-making guard with real floor-spacing juice
In the 2013-14 season at UIW, Katie Novak proved she could be a reliable perimeter threat and a sturdy all-around guard, including a 13-point outing against Oral Roberts and multiple games where she was a key scoring piece for the Cardinals. Her profile reads like a classic “coach’s favorite” guard: dependable, active, and capable of punishing defenses that lose her on the arc. If you value shooting, composure, and someone who fits into winning basketball without needing the spotlight, she’s the kind of player you want.
