veteran Bearkats lineman with championship pedigree
Scott Gonzalez is a proven Sam Houston offensive lineman with a strong background as a former Blinn transfer and Bearkats veteran who was part of the program’s 2011-2012 championship-era teams. At 6-3, 315, he brings size, toughness, and a blue-collar line mentality that fits physical football. His value is less about box-score stats and more about reliability, experience, and knowing how to survive the trenches. If your team needs a sturdy interior presence with real program familiarity and no-frills grit, he’s a solid fit.
