CCSU’s steady guard with a proven legacy of floor leadership
Nikki Flocco is a former Central Connecticut State guard whose profile points to a classic lead-guard skill set: steady backcourt play, ball handling, and court organization. In her CCSU seasons, archived team stats show her as a recurring contributor and one of the program’s notable assist names, which fits the reputation of a player who makes teammates better rather than chasing empty highlights. She looks like the kind of guard a coach trusts in pressure moments: composed, experienced, and team-first.
