Charles Pierre Jr. is back on the juice after an injury-hit 2025
After missing most of the 2025 season with injury, Charles Pierre Jr. enters 2026 as a preseason All-American and one of the FCS’s most proven backs, with 1,244 rushing yards and 16 TDs in 2024 and six career 100-yard games entering the season. He’s a compact, physical 5-10, 210-pound runner who can bang inside, finish drives, and still pop explosive plays; in South Dakota’s 38-23 win at Northern Colorado on Sept. 5, 2026, he showed the same nose for the end zone with two rushing scores. If you want a sturdy, productive RB with big-game pedigree and a bounce-back edge, he’s a strong fit.
