VCU veteran guard with past scoring punch and defensive grit
Olga Petrova is a veteran VCU guard whose best calling card has been steady two-way reliability, with past Rams seasons showing she could score efficiently, contribute on the glass, and handle meaningful minutes off the bench. VCU’s roster history shows she returned from an early-season injury and remained a consistent contributor, which hints at toughness and resilience rather than flashy volume. She looks like the kind of player who can stabilize a rotation, defend, and make smart reads—more glue than headline, but exactly the sort of piece winning teams value.
