Samford RB with Untapped High School Pedigree, Limited College Snaps
Drew Couto, a running back for the Samford Bulldogs, flashed potential out of East Lake High School (Class of 2015), helping lead his squad to a stellar 13-1 record and undefeated district play as a senior, showcasing burst and team-winning grit. College stats are sparse—just 1 carry for 4 yards per ESPN records—marking him as a depth player with developmental upside rather than a current stat leader. No notable rankings or recent buzz from reliable sources; ideal for teams seeking raw, high-motor RBs to mold behind starters, but lacks proven college production or injury context to elevate him yet.
