Reginald Griffin Jr. brings live-arm upside to Alcorn State’s rotation
Reginald Griffin Jr. is a freshman right-handed pitcher for Alcorn State, listed at 6-foot-1 and 180 pounds, and he arrives with a reputation as a two-way athlete and a competitive thrower from Columbus HS in Georgia[9][12]. Public recruiting data shows a fastball that has been tracked in the high-80s, with the kind of arm strength that gives him real upside if his command sharpens, while his college listings suggest he’s a developmental arm worth watching rather than a finished product[4][6][9].
