Delaware's Rising Defensive Back with Elite Speed and Intensity
Bruce McClure, a 5-11, 172-pound sophomore defensive back from Mt. Holly, N.J., for the Delaware Fightin' Blue Hens, stands out not for raw stats but for his explosive speed, relentless intensity, and football IQ that consistently disrupts opposing offenses. While listed as a defensive back (not FB as initially queried), his differentiators include a calm personality under pressure, a clean injury history, and an intensity level that elevates teammates. He's a great fit for teams needing a versatile, high-motor defender who thrives in critical moments, making him a must-watch for coaches seeking reliability and grit over flashy numbers.
