William Atwell brings a fresh WR spark to Samford’s 2026 offense
Atwell is a Samford wideout worth watching because he projects as a young, development-friendly target in an offense that leans on the passing game, but there isn’t enough reliable public stat detail in the available info to claim a true breakout yet. His value is more about upside than flash right now: a receiver who could fit a team looking for route growth, timing, and upside rather than a finished product. If you want a polished, proven stat monster, he’s not that—yet; if you want a player with room to climb, keep him on the radar.
