Proven MEAC Tackler with a Veteran LB Profile
Hall has already shown he can be a steady, productive linebacker for Norfolk State, earning All-MEAC second-team honors in 2022 after starting all 11 games and recording 75 tackles, which ranked sixth in the MEAC that season.[3] His value goes beyond the box score: he brings a proven work rate, game experience, and the kind of downhill reliability teams want in the middle of a defense.[1][3] If you need a linebacker who can diagnose, fit, and finish plays without needing to be built around, Hall looks like a credible fit.
