From Kent State Double-Double Machine to Rising MEC Coaching Star
Anna Kowalska, a dominant Kent State Golden Flashes center, exploded in her senior year with 16.1 PPG, 8.1 RPG, and 1.8 BPG, showcasing elite post presence, rebounding tenacity, and rim protection as a long, athletic force. Her junior college roots fueled double-doubles averaging 16.5 points and 10.7 boards, earning All-Conference honors despite early injury setbacks that built her resilience. Now thriving as Wheeling University's head coach, her player-coach intensity and leadership make her a program-changer—perfect for teams seeking a battle-tested, high-energy big with coaching upside.
