Anna Brewer is Stanford’s freshman fireball: versatile, clutch, and already trusted in big spots
In the 2026 season, Stanford freshman pitcher Anna Brewer has emerged as a high-leverage arm, posting a 5-2 record and earning an All-ACC Freshman Team nod after delivering wins, relief shutdowns, and even a combined no-hitter appearance. Her calling card is versatility: she can start, relieve, and keep hitters off-balance while staying composed in pressure moments. She’s not just a stat line—she’s the kind of competitor coaches love because she shows up in tense innings, competes with edge, and gives Stanford lineup flexibility.
