Former Hawks guard turned program-builder
Rob Sullivan is no longer an active player for Saint Joseph’s; he’s a basketball operations leader who was elevated to general manager for the Hawks’ men’s program in 2023 and later moved to Rutgers in 2025. As a player at Saint Joseph’s, he was valued more for reliability, dedication, and service than box-score production, earning the William J. Bennett Award and leaving a reputation as a steady, team-first guard. If you want a fit who understands program culture, accountability, and the guard position from the inside, Sullivan’s profile is about leadership and basketball IQ, not raw stats.
