Anthony Scarpino brings swing-and-miss bullpen upside for EKU
In the 2025 season at Southwest Tennessee CC, Anthony Scarpino showed real late-inning value, going 4-2 with 1 save, a 2.13 ERA, and 32 strikeouts in 25 1/3 innings; that strikeout rate points to a righty who can miss bats and handle leverage. Eastern Kentucky lists him as a 6-foot-5, 230-pound junior, and his path from Santa Fe College to all-state honors in high school suggests a steady, upward-trending arm with some edge. If you need bullpen power and a pitcher who’s been tested in multiple roles, he’s a pretty intriguing fit.
