Jeremiah Criddell brings a tough, physical DB profile to Oklahoma
Criddell’s value is in his versatility and edge: a 5-foot-11, 198-pound defensive back with a reputation for physical play, he was praised as someone who can line up at corner or safety and will come up to hit. In 2021, he played all 11 games for Oklahoma, made one start, and finished with 12 tackles, with three coming on kickoffs. He later stepped away due to medical retirement and has since returned in a coaching role, which adds leadership and football IQ context beyond the stat sheet.
