Texas Tech’s Josh Talbott: veteran RB with size, experience, and room to pop
Josh Talbott enters 2026 as a senior running back for Texas Tech, listed at 6-foot-0 and 200 pounds, with the kind of mature build coaches love for pass protection, contact balance, and grinding out tough yards. His profile suggests a dependable, system-friendly back rather than a flashy stat-stuffer, which makes him interesting if your team values reliability, physicality, and football IQ over pure wow-factor. He’s the sort of player who can quietly strengthen a backfield depth chart and bring veteran steadiness to a room.
