veteran Duquesne DB with a ball-hawking past
Anthony Dougherty is a seasoned Duquesne defensive back whose profile is built on production and versatility: in the 2016 season, he played in all 11 games, started the final three, totaled 17 tackles, and added an interception return for 25 yards plus a pass breakup. He came to Duquesne with a strong prep résumé as a first-team all-county pick and two-way playmaker, which hints at good instincts and open-field toughness. If you want a DB who understands the game and can make timely plays, he’s a solid fit.
