Jasper Brooks brings old-school tackling pedigree to Coastal Carolina
Jasper Brooks is a Coastal Carolina linebacker with a strong all-around football background: his program bio says he was a three-year letterwinner at Spring Valley High School, earned all-state honors, and piled up 433 career tackles with 40 sacks, plus 159 tackles and 13 sacks as a senior. That profile screams run-stopper with edge, intensity, and production, and his multi-sport track-and-field background hints at functional power and explosiveness. He’s the kind of linebacker who fits a physical, downhill defense and should interest teams that value toughness, instincts, and proven tackling volume.
