6-3 guard with defensive pop and hustle pedigree
Alex Brzozowicz entered Michigan as a 6-3 guard from St. Ignatius College Prep after a senior year that featured 18.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, 2.0 steals, and 2.0 blocks, which hints at a wiry, two-way style rather than a pure scoring specialist.[1] He’s the kind of fit coaches usually like: active, tough, and versatile enough to impact the game with defense, rebounding, and energy plays, not just shot volume.[1] The main draw is that “do-everything” edge—if a roster needs a reliable glue guard who brings length, intensity, and some sneaky shot-making, he fits the bill nicely.[1]
