veteran combo guard with a proven scoring touch, but limited recent volume
Redding is a 6-3 guard who arrived at Morehead State as a junior-college standout and has shown he can score and create, highlighted by averages of 13.0 points, 4.0 assists and 3.0 rebounds at Howard College and 11.6 points per game at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M before MSU. In the 2022-23 season at Morehead State, he was a low-minute rotation piece, averaging 2.8 points, 1.1 rebounds and 0.8 assists in 13 games, with a 10-point season high. The differentiator here is guard versatility and toughness; the fit is best for a staff that values steady, interchangeable playmakers over pure shot volume.
