Kent State's Steady Academic All-MAC OL Anchor
Chase Van Hoef, a 6-4, 285-pound offensive tackle for Kent State, showcased reliability in the 2018 season by playing in nine games with five starts while earning Academic All-MAC honors and Hampshire Honor Society recognition—highlighting his discipline and smarts on and off the field. A Grand Haven, MI product committed to the Golden Flashes, his experience makes him a low-risk, high-floor fit for teams seeking a cerebral lineman with proven durability and no notable injury history, though lacking elite athleticism or recent standout stats in a MAC context.
