Peter Noonan brings size, polish, and upside to Lafayette’s tight end room
In the 2026 season, freshman TE Peter Noonan is a 6-foot-3, 235-pound Lafayette newcomer whose high-school resume shows three years as a starter at tight end, 200-plus receiving yards in each of those seasons, and team offensive MVP honors as a senior. He also arrives with strong academic markers, which usually points to a disciplined, coachable player. The appeal is easy: he has the frame to develop into a physical in-line option and enough receiving production to suggest real pass-game utility. The question now is how quickly that prep production translates at the Patriot League level.
