Washington CB Adam Long brings speed, smarts, and early-career upside
Adam Long is a Washington cornerback whose appeal goes beyond raw coverage reps: local reporting has described him as possibly the Huskies’ fastest and smartest defender, a strong sign for a DB who has to process quickly and play confidently on the boundary. His value is in traits that translate well in a modern secondary—speed, instincts, and versatility—rather than gaudy stat lines, so he profiles as a developmental fit for a team that wants athletic upside and coachable coverage talent.
