Michael Badgley brings proven leg strength, clutch experience, and NFL-caliber accuracy
Badgley is a Miami product who built his reputation as a dependable, high-volume kicker and later translated that into an NFL career, which makes him attractive for teams wanting a proven specialist rather than a project.[1][3] During his Miami career, he handled both field goals and kickoffs, and his college profile shows strong leg strength and reliable production; more recently, ESPN listed him with 2025 NFL regular-season marks of 91.7% on field goals and a 53-yard long, though he also carried a 2024 hamstring injury that is important context for any team evaluating durability.[5][7][2]
