Caitlyn “Red” Golob brings speed, versatility, and steady bat-to-ball value for Santa Clara
Golob profiles as a scrappy, useful outfield piece for Santa Clara: in the 2025 season she hit .290 with 27 hits, 23 runs, 5 RBI, and 3 stolen bases, and the 2026 conference stats show she stayed productive at .286 in league play.[5][6] Her value goes beyond the box score—she has played all three outfield spots, can pinch-run, and has shown reliable speed on the bases, including a perfect 6-for-6 stolen-base mark in her freshman 2024 season.[1]
