Howard guard profile is still thin, but she remains part of a 24-10, MEAC-leading Bison program
Howard’s available roster data shows Da'Shae Shumate on the women’s basketball roster, but no current season statistics are listed publicly, so her recent on-court impact is difficult to quantify from the available sources. That lack of stat detail means the best read is contextual: she is part of a winning Howard program that finished 24-10 and first in the MEAC, which suggests a competitive environment and a team-oriented fit. If you need a guard, the upside here is roster-depth and system familiarity; the missing performance data makes a definitive evaluation harder right now.
