Penn State Senior Guard with 17 PPG Surge and Elite Starting-Lineup Intensity
Nick Kern Jr., the 6'6" Penn State senior guard, has exploded into the starting lineup, averaging 17 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 1 assist in the team’s last two games of the 2025 season, showcasing a rare blend of scoring punch and physical rebounding from the wing. Beyond stats, Kern’s differentiator is his relentless intensity and veteran leadership—he tied his career high with 7 assists in February 2025 and consistently plays with a ‘next-man-up’ mentality that elevates team morale. With no reported injury history and a St. Louis grit that translates to defensive tenacity, he’s a high-fit guard for teams needing a reliable, battle-tested starter who can score, rebound, and lead under pressure.
