Austin Brown brings rim protection and toughness to Montana State
In the 2009-10 season, Austin Brown stood out for Montana State with 17 blocks, ranking fourth in the Big Sky, and he gave the Bobcats a rare shot-blocking presence from the forward spot. The big differentiator is his defensive edge: active hands, physicality, and a knack for contesting shots without needing the offense to run through him. That profile makes him a fit for a team that wants grit, interior defense, and low-maintenance production more than high-usage scoring.
