Special Teams Intensity & 12-Game Reliability for Hawaii DL
Kahai La Count (DL, Hawaii) is a high-intensity, battle-tested contributor who played in all 12 games of the 2025 season, primarily on special teams where he recorded two tackles[4]. While not a stat leader in tackles or sacks, his differentiator is unwavering reliability and a 'next-man-up' mentality that coaches value for depth and intensity[4]. He has no known injury history, showcasing durability across a full season, and his personality traits include grit and team-first dedication[4]. You should care because he fills a critical role as a dependable special teams player who elevates practice intensity. For your team, he is a perfect fit if you need a reliable, injury-free DL who excels in special teams and brings consistent energy, even if he isn't yet a primary defensive stat leader[4].
