Big Freshman Frame, Still Waiting for the Stat Sheet
The 2026 freshman RB at Cal Poly is a 6-foot, 220-pound downhill runner from Arroyo Grande, built more like a bruising chain-mover than a finesse back.[1][5][8] He has no recorded college stats yet, so the hook is projection: if Cal Poly wants a physical back who can absorb contact and punish tired defenses, Tayman fits the profile—but he’s still an unknown at the college level.[1][5]

Not enough data to calculate
Fanstake's Revenue Share Fair Market Value (FMV) is our independent, dynamic estimate of a player's on-field value to college programs. Our model weighs more than a dozen factors — including positional demand, experience, statistical performance, strength of competition, team performance, comparable players, upside potential, and proprietary signals informed by our proximity to college programs — to estimate a player's share of the $20.5M revenue pool schools can now distribute directly to athletes.
FMV is not a disclosure of what a player actually earns. Actual compensation may be higher or lower, and in practice, player packages are often negotiated as a combination of revenue share and NIL opportunities.
The goal of Fanstake FMV is simple: to give fans a transparent, data-driven benchmark for understanding player value in the new era of college athletics.
