Lamar’s veteran back with proven burst and a featured workload
In the 2014 season, Carl Harris flashed real pop for Lamar, including a 153-yard, 4-touchdown game against Texas College, which hints at the kind of downhill explosiveness that can tilt a game fast. He arrived at Lamar as a three-star recruit and former District Offensive Player of the Year, and his resume suggests a runner who can handle volume, finish drives, and bring some edge to a backfield. The biggest question is current form and durability, since the available public trail is historical rather than current.
