Akeem Campbell is a ball-hawking Drake DB with proven playmaking instincts
In his Drake career profile, Akeem Campbell is listed as a defensive back, and ESPN’s player page shows him with 2 interceptions and no forced fumbles in the available stat line, which points to a defender who can read quarterbacks and finish plays. He’s the kind of DB coaches love: physical enough to survive in the box, disciplined enough to sit in coverage, and experienced enough to bring steady veteran energy to a secondary. If you need a turnover threat with reliable back-end awareness, he’s a fit.
