Curtis Stinson Jr. brings length, defensive activity and bench-value minutes to North Texas
Stinson’s 2025-26 role for North Texas was modest in the box score, but he still appeared in 32 of 33 games and gave the Mean Green a 6-5, 208-pound guard with effort, versatility and solid discipline at the line. He averaged 1.4 points in 8.8 minutes, yet flashed value with a nine-point game, a six-rebound effort at Temple and 11 steals on the season. His low-usage profile and strong free-throw rate suggest a player who can defend, rebound and do connective-guard work rather than dominate the ball.
