Former Alabama walk-on OL with size, toughness, and depth value
Allen Skelton is best known as a low-profile, hard-nosed offensive line option who earned Alabama reps as a walk-on and logged game action for the Crimson Tide in the 2010 season[1][3]. At 6-2, 267, he projected as a sturdy interior line piece rather than a flashy headline guy[2]. The appeal here is developmental grit: dependable depth, a blue-collar profile, and the kind of buy-in coaches love when they need practice-room competition and roster glue[1][2]. If you want instant star power, look elsewhere; if you want toughness and a team-first fit, he checks the right boxes[1][2].
