Delshaun Lanier gives UC San Diego a compact, right-handed outfield bat with pro-style frame
Lanier is a 5-foot-10, 190-pound right-handed outfielder for UC San Diego whose profile at Baseball America marks him as a legit college bat with room to keep developing physically and offensively.[1] He stands out more for a balanced, projectable build and all-around outfield value than for flashy stat-line hype, making him the kind of player who can fit a team looking for a sturdy, competitive, right-handed piece with upside.[1]
