Daniel Adu brings track-speed upside and veteran depth to JMU’s receiver room
In the 2026 season, Daniel Adu is a redshirt junior wideout for James Madison who combines a 6-2, 191-pound frame with rare track-athlete speed and explosiveness, giving him real vertical-threat potential[1][2]. He previously flashed production with 32 catches for 424 yards and a touchdown as a sophomore, and his dual-sport résumé suggests strong acceleration, body control, and competitive toughness[2]. He looks like a useful fit for a team that wants an athlete who can stretch the field, contribute on special teams, and keep improving rather than just compile empty stats[1][2].
