Kaylee Carson is a two-way scoring spark for Lees-McRae
In the 2025-26 season, Lees-McRae guard Kaylee Carson emerged as a proven bucket-getter and impact defender, averaging 16.6 points and 5.1 rebounds per game while ranking fifth in Conference Carolinas scoring and earning third-team all-conference honors. She started 27 of 31 games, shot 44.5% from the field and 76.6% at the line, and piled up 52 assists and 47 steals — the kind of all-around production that helps a team win when the shots aren’t falling. She looks like a fit for programs that want a competitive, versatile guard who can score, pressure the ball, and survive the ugly parts of March basketball.
