Solid Forward with Rebounding Prowess from Furman Days
Tyler Hunt, a forward who appeared in just five games as a freshman for the Furman Paladins in 2011-12, later transferred and shone at Merrimack in 2013-14, starting 11 of 22 games with 3.1 PPG, 2.7 RPG, and team-top-5 field goal efficiency; his high school dominance at Lafayette (KY) and IMG Academy—leading leagues in scoring (15.7 PPG) and rebounds (13.0 RPG)—highlights relentless intensity and blue-collar rebounding grit. No recent D1 stats post-2014, but his 50% career FG% (ESPN) and physicality make him a reliable role-player fit for teams needing tough, efficient frontcourt depth.
