NC State DB with a low-profile, developmental profile
Alex Fantroy is listed as a freshman defensive back for NC State, but publicly available performance detail is extremely limited, so the safest read is that he is more of a long-term depth piece than an established contributor right now. The differentiator here is roster fit: a young DB in a major-conference program suggests developmental upside, but there is not enough verified production data to claim impact stats or a clear national ranking. If a team wants a younger defender to mold, Fantroy is a name to monitor; if it needs immediate shutdown pedigree, the evidence is not there yet.
